1. All pre-orders are final

Once your payment is complete, your pre-order cannot be cancelled, changed, returned or refunded. We reserve, harvest and pack mangoes for each pre-order, and fresh fruit cannot be resold or restocked. Please check your pack, address, phone number and delivery window before you pay.

2. If we cannot deliver your order

If we are unable to deliver your order during the 2027 season, we will first offer you a later delivery window. If we cannot deliver your order at all in the 2027 season, we will refund the full amount you paid to your original payment method.

3. Damage or spoilage on arrival

If your mangoes arrive damaged or spoiled, message us on WhatsApp at 9008736400 within 24 hours of delivery. Please send your order number and clear photos or a video of the box and the fruit. After reviewing them, we will offer a replacement, a credit or a partial refund, depending on what we find. Natural variation in appearance, normal ripening differences and small natural markings are not damage.

4. Failed delivery caused by you

If delivery fails because of an incorrect address, an unreachable phone number or no one being available to receive the order, no refund is available.

5. Payment errors

If money is deducted but your order is not confirmed, or if you are charged twice, tell us on WhatsApp. We will refund the extra or unconfirmed amount to your original payment method.

6. Switching or transferring

Instead of a refund, you can switch your delivery window or transfer your pack to another person up to 15 days before dispatch. Message us on WhatsApp with the new details.

7. How refunds are paid

Where a refund is due under this policy, we send it to your original payment method. It usually reaches your account within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank or card provider.

Terms and conditions: pre-order clauses

Add these as a new “Pre-orders” section in your existing Terms and Conditions. Your current terms probably cover privacy, website use and general matters, so keep those.

1. What a pre-order is

A pre-order is an advance purchase of Alphonso mangoes from the 2027 harvest. You pay the full price at checkout, and your price is locked at that amount.

2. Your pack

Packs are sold by the dozen, for example 12 dozen or 30 dozen. The mangoes are Ratnagiri Alphonso grown in orchards managed by our farm management company, Konkan Agronomics.

3. Price

The price shown at checkout is the final price and includes delivery. Taxes are included where applicable. Pre-order packs are fixed-price and are not eligible for coupon codes unless we say otherwise.

4. Limited quantity

Pre-order quantity is limited. We accept orders until the available packs are sold out, and we may close pre-orders at any time.

5. A natural, seasonal product

Mangoes are an agricultural product. Harvest timing, ripening, taste and appearance vary with weather and season, and dates we give are estimates, not guarantees, except where our Shipping, Cancellation & Refund Policy says otherwise.

6. Your policies

By placing a pre-order, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and our Shipping, Cancellation & Refund Policy, including that pre-orders are final except as that policy states.

7. Your information and contact

You confirm that the details you give are correct. You agree that we may contact you by WhatsApp, phone and email about your order, delivery and any issue with it.

8. Limit of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Ratnagiri, Maharashtra have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to your rights under consumer protection law.

10. Changes

We may update these terms for future pre-orders. The terms in force when you placed your order apply to that order.
