General Terms & The Nature of the Fruit

Transit Sensitivities: The authentic Alphonso is a delicate fruit. While we take every precaution with our packaging and shipping partners, extreme heat or unforeseen transit delays can occasionally affect the ripening process.

Natural Weight Loss: We grade and weigh our mangoes at the time of harvest. Because we ripen our fruit naturally in grass hay without artificial chemicals, a natural moisture loss of 15% to 20% by weight is completely normal by the time the box reaches your doorstep.
Shipping Policy
We treat every box with the utmost care to ensure a true farm-to-table experience:

Export-Quality Packaging: Each mango is nestled safely in natural hay within our sturdy, breathable corrugated boxes to prevent bruising and promote safe ripening.

Priority Dispatch: We utilize premium priority delivery partners to minimize transit time from the Konkan coast to your city.

Dispatch Timelines: Once an order is placed, boxes are dispatched at the earliest possible date, subject to the natural harvest cycle and fruit availability.
Cancellation Policy
Because our premium mangoes are highly perishable agricultural products, our cancellation terms are strict but fair:

Standard Orders: Once a standard seasonal order is placed and processing has begun, it cannot be canceled.

Mango Bonds (Pre-Orders): If you have purchased a Mango Bond, you may request a cancellation up to 14 days before the official start of our shipping season.

Exceptions: In unforeseen circumstances, please contact us immediately at support@fantasticmangoes.com. We will review requests on a case-by-case basis and do our best to accommodate you if the order has not yet been packed.
The Fantastic Guarantee (Refunds & Replacements)
We stand behind the authenticity and quality of our fruit. If you have an undesirable experience due to spoilage, we are here to make it right.

Reporting an Issue: If you receive damaged or spoiled mangoes, please email clear photographs of the affected fruit and your shipping box to support@fantasticmangoes.com within 48 hours of receiving your delivery.

Replacements: Upon review by our quality team, we will happily provide a replacement for the spoiled mangoes (up to a maximum of 6 pieces per box) to be sent with your subsequent order. (Note: Shipping costs for the replacement box may apply).

Non-Delivery: In the rare event that Fantastic Mangoes is unable to fulfill your order due to crop shortages, unforeseen weather events, or undeliverable addresses, a full refund will be initiated.

Refund Processing: Approved monetary refunds are processed directly back to your original payment method (via CC Avenue, UPI, or bank transfer) and typically reflect in your account within 7 to 15 working days, depending on your bank’s policies.
