Your use of the Website, tools, and services—including purchasing premium Alphonso mangoes or investing in Mango Bonds—is governed by these Terms of Use, alongside our Privacy Policy and Shipping & Refund Policy. By merely using the Website, you are contracting with Fantastic Mangoes, and these terms constitute your binding legal obligations.

For the purpose of these Terms, “You” or “User” shall mean any natural or legal person who surfs the Website or makes purchases, with or without registering an account. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms at any time without prior written notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

1. Membership & Eligibility

Use of the Website is available only to persons who can form legally binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

• Minors: Persons considered “incompetent to contract” (including minors under the age of 18) are not eligible to use the Website. If you are a minor, any use or transaction must be made by your legal guardian or parents.

• Business Entities: If you are registering or purchasing (such as for Corporate Gifting) on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you are duly authorized to bind that entity to these Terms.

• Fantastic Mangoes reserves the right to terminate your account and refuse access if it is discovered you are under 18 years of age or violating these eligibility criteria.

2. Your Account and Registration

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Login Name and Password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and current information. We reserve the right to indefinitely suspend, terminate, or block your access if we suspect the information provided is inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent.

3. Communications

When you use the Website, send emails, or opt into our VIP list, you consent to receive communications via electronic records (including email and WhatsApp) from Fantastic Mangoes periodically and as needed for order fulfillment and harvest alerts.

4. Charges & Pricing

Browsing the Website is entirely free. Fantastic Mangoes reserves the right to change the pricing of our mangoes, seasonal boxes, and Mango Bonds at any time without prior notice based on harvest yields and market conditions. All fees shall be quoted in Indian Rupees (INR), and you are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws for making payments.

5. Acceptable Use of the Website

You agree, undertake, and confirm that your use of the Website shall be strictly governed by the following binding principles. You shall not host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, update, or share any information or engage in any action that:

• Belongs to another person and to which you do not have rights.

• Is grossly harmful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, pedophilic, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, or racially/ethnically objectionable.

• Infringes upon any third party’s intellectual property rights, trademarks, or rights of privacy.

• Contains software viruses, trojan horses, worms, or any other computer code designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer resource.

• Uses any “deep-link,” “page-scrape,” “robot,” “spider,” or other automatic devices to access, copy, or monitor any portion of the Website.

• Attempts to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Website, servers, or networks connected to Fantastic Mangoes by hacking or password “mining.”

• Imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the infrastructure of our systems.

• Makes negative, denigrating, or defamatory statements about the brand Fantastic Mangoes, Konkan Agronomics, or our domain name, or tarnishes our goodwill.

6. Intellectual Property & Content

All text, graphics, user interfaces, photographs, trademarks, logos, and artwork (collectively, “Content”) on the Website belongs exclusively to Fantastic Mangoes. No part of the Website may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, or distributed in any way for any commercial enterprise without our express prior written consent.

Any reviews, ideas, or feedback you post to the Website will become our property, and you grant us worldwide, perpetual, and transferable rights to use such content for promotional purposes.

7. Payment processing

While availing of any of the payment methods on the Website, we will not be responsible or assume any liability for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to you due to:

• Lack of authorization for any transactions.

• Exceeding the preset limit mutually agreed upon by you and your bank.

• Any payment issues arising out of the transaction or a declined transaction.

8. Breach & Termination

Without limiting other remedies, we may immediately temporarily/indefinitely suspend or block your access to the Website if:

• We believe your actions may cause legal liability for you, other users, or Fantastic Mangoes.

9. Indemnity

You shall indemnify and hold harmless Fantastic Mangoes, Konkan Agronomics, its owners, affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, agents, and employees, from any claim, demand, or action including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or the rights of a third party.

10. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL FANTASTIC MANGOES OR KONKAN AGRONOMICS BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OF USE, EVEN IF THE USER HAS BEEN INFORMED IN ADVANCE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

11. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The place of jurisdiction shall be exclusively in Ratnagiri, Maharashtra.
